The bricks crapy furnature. No refund policy
I purchased leather sofa, love seat with cup holders and chair all reclining (came with 50" samsung 720 plasma) for a total of $3500. Within the next few weeks i noticed both sides of the sofa were dropping. My wife called and they said they will replace it. We got the new sofa a few weeks later. Same problem. Called and had it replaced again. Same problem. Called back and was told they would send there floor module told them i didnt want it and want to return it for a refund. They said that they have a no refund policy and that they will give me $500 off or take the floor modle or exchange for something of equle value. Took the money off. 2 weeks befor warenty ran out the recining handle broke . Called and asked to get the handle replced. Never got a call back for 3 weeks then told me my warenty was expired 2 days ago nothing they could do. 2 years after we bought it all sides of sofa and love seat lean away from the center and the love seat is hard to recline. Waste of money. No retun policy means they know they are selling junk
