I would like to leave a comment about the service I have had with the Brick. I had no choice but to shop here as this is where our builder gave us a credit towards our appliance. We bought back in February 2017 for a house closing in September 2017. Our house closing was moved up and I contacted the Brick in June to ask if we could get delivery on August 16th. They advised us this would be no problem. Keep in mind in May of 2017 they called us advising all our appliances were in and where would we like them delivered. My husband called the Brick on the 14th of August to confirm delivery on the 16th. At this point they said no your house closes in Sept. We said would you like to see the confirmation email for delivery on Aug. 16th? Well they said the earliest they could delivery would be the 19th but they don't have our fridge ( apparently they sold it). They we were told they don't have our stove (apparently they sold it) They said they would give us a loaner or we could have an upgrade. I advised I didn't want an upgrade but as a good customer service gesture it would be nice if they fixed my brick leather couches that have small tears from rubbing against the wall. Nay to this. Delivery comes and low and behold we do not have a microwave either - they never bother to mention that they don't have this even though we had arranged for someone to come in to install our dishwasher and microwave that goes above the stove. They advise they will cover the cost to have someone come back out to install the microwave.....I guess we will wait and see when we finally get it. I really think their lack of customer service is brutal in a company of this size. Needless to say we have spoken to 4 people there. I wonder who we will get next to try to get our bill paid.
